Dibs Software License Agreement

By using this software, you agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

1. License Grant:

   You, the licensee, are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software ("Software") subject to the terms and conditions herein.

2. Restrictions:
   1. You may not copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Samuel Bugden.
   2. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
   3. You may not use the Software for any commercial purposes without a separate agreement with Samuel Bugden.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:

   Samuel Bugden retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of DiBS.

4. Termination:

   This license is effective until terminated. Samuel Bugden may terminate this license at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. Governing Law:

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New Zealand Government.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
